Aims and Beliefs
Summary
We proclaim the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Believing the Bible is the written word of God. It is divinely inspired and inerrant throughout. Its assertions are factually true and it is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
We accept the final guide to the interpretation of Scripture is Scripture.
And the account of origins presented in Genesis is a simple but factual presentation of actual events and therefore provides a reliable framework for research into the origin and history of life.
Therefore, although we research, document and promote the scientific aspects of creation they are secondary to the proclamation of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ who is an equal member of the Triune Godhead - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We accept the roll of the Godhead in creation as defined in the scriptures of Genesis 1, John 1, Romans 1, Colossians 1, and Hebrews 1, that is, God the Father brought all things into existence through the Creative acts of, and for the glory of God the Son by the power of God the Holy Spirit. This defines the rights of Christ as Sovereign, Creator, Sustainer, Saviour, Lord and Judge.
Aims and Beliefs (In Full)
1. The scientific aspects of Creation are important but are secondary in importance to the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Sovereign Creator of the Universe and Redeemer of mankind.
2. The Doctrines of Creator and Creation cannot ultimately be divorced from the Gospel of Jesus Christ.1. The Bible is the written Word of God. It is inspired and inerrant throughout and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. Its assertions are historically and scientifically true in all the original autographs.
2. The final guide to the interpretation of Scripture is Scripture itself.
3. The account of origins presented in Genesis is a simple but factual presentation of actual events and therefore provides a reliable framework for scientific research into the question of the origin and history of life.
4. The various original life forms (kinds) including man, were made by direct creative acts of God. Biological changes which have occurred since the creation have been limited to variation only within the potential possessed by the original kinds.
5. The great flood of Genesis was an actual historic event, worldwide in its extent and effect.
6. The special creation of Adam (as one man), and Eve (as one woman), and their subsequent fall into sin, is the basis for the necessity of salvation for all mankind.
7. Death, both physical and spiritual, entered into this world subsequent to and as a direct consequence of man's sin.1. All mankind are sinners, inherently from Adam and individually (by choice) and are therefore subject to God's wrath and condemnation and cannot attain true knowledge without God's revelation.
2. Freedom from the penalty and power and guilt of sin, is available to man only through the sacrificial death and shed blood of Jesus Christ, and His complete and bodily resurrection from the dead.

7. Jesus Christ rose from the dead, ascended to Heaven and is presently seated at the right hand of God the Father and shall return in person to this earth to judge the living and the dead.
8. The Godhead is Triune - God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit.
9. Satan is the personal adversary of both God and man.
10. Those who do not believe in Christ are subject to everlasting conscious punishment, but believers receive eternal life with God. The following attitudes are held by the members of Creation Research to be consistent with Scripture or else implied by Scripture.1. The Scripture teaches a recent origin for man and for the whole Creation.
2. The days in Genesis do not correspond to Geologic ages but are six (6) consecutive twenty-four hour (24) days of Creation..
